How We Use It
We use this product within 30-60 minutes of a hard workout to replenish all those important nutrients lost! This tasty recovery mix goes well in water or almond milk. Not to mention, it is dairy free for those lactose-free athletes out there. Add 50 g (about 3 scoops) into 500 mL of liquid and mix well. You can mix it with milk, however milk has casein protein in addition to the whey protein found in this product, which may slow down absorption. Use water or a dairy-free beverage for best results. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water along with this product because it is high in sodium and will work best with optimal hydration status.
